The Peds 360+ Wellness Series offers holistic, family-centered programs focusing on Executive Functioning, Mental Resilience, Nutrition, and Yoga. Each series is designed to support the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—and empower families to thrive together.
The Wellness Series is open to children, families, and caregivers interested in improving their overall health and well-being through practical, holistic approaches.

All sessions take place at the Peds 360+ headquarters located at 361 Highland Ave, Suite 206, Jenkintown, PA 19046, with some virtual options available for specific classes.
